Today was a good weather day; almost no rain!

Overnight, the weather shifted, and the rain poured down heavily again, drumming against windows and the rooftop. Soothing in it’s way.
June 23:Â Morning brought redemption, with this sunrise.
Heading home today, Allan has an appointment for X-Rays tomorrow and I have an appointment for a 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) on Thursday. Not looking forward to that!
Glad that you got a fire in. It’s too hot here. Toronto is going up to 36C today, not including the humidity factor.
Hope Allan’s x-ray shows improvement.
I’ve done the same blood pressure test. It’s nothing to worry about.
I also have my own blood pressure machine.
Have a good drive home.

I’ve done that test before as well which is why I know I don’t want it! No hot tubbing. We too have a blood pressure monitor at home, we just recently purchased a new fancy one from Costco.
