Weather isn’t looking very good, no sun, super overcast, sprinkling. See the rain on the windows 🙁
Rain stops :)We’re off to check view the track!Oh those skies!
Qualification is rain cancelled. The skies do clear up and we’re good.Race is to begin at 730p. We’re all in the stands but whoops the track lighting is not working. They assure us they are frantically working on it. FINALLY, a long hour later the lights come on. Now
Was a fun, exciting lots of passing race!
Now a fire with the other neighbours, here from Sarnia.

Another racing season over!
We leave Sutton 10ish and head to Jukasa Motor Speedway in Hagerville for the NASCAR Pinty season finale. This is a very short oval so should be an exciting race. We were at the season’s opener in Canadian Tire Motorsports Park and are happy to be here now.
We have our ETR transponder now so the drive should be quicker and less traffic.
We’ve never been to Jukasa before so relay on our GPS. Hum, which GPS to follow?
We follow Google Maps and make it! This is widest gate we’ve been through. And we’re in Our street And set up, find the Caesar and beer 🙂Tonight’s show is Larry Berrio. We are not country & western fans but head out anyways. It ended up being a hoot! Dancing galore.
Then the neighbour’s fire.
Sky has been dreary all day and the forecast for tomorrow is not much better. Fingers crossed!
Afternoon gathering at Charlene & Rod’s. Games and merriment 🙂
Kelvin introduces a game called “Washer Toss” that he made earlier in the week.
The cows are coming home…
Fun time even though Charlene did not sing. Next gathering karaoke for sure!
Friday night begins with what else? A campfire… Allan has a new poker a Margaret generously donated 🙂
Thank you Irma & Tom for taking us back to Los Algodones! The above hoodie is officially Allan’s favourite.
Wish I’d remember to take photos of the folks who join us for the campfire.
Saturday afternoon: Karaoke at next door neighbours Charlene & Rod’s
My favourite! Charlene singing “Harper Valley PTA” click Harper
Sunday: Off to get our 10k steps, heading to Jackson’s Point. Some of the sights.
Here’s what’s coming
Finally, I take some photos around the fire. Heather, likely telling us where to go, her Mom, Margaret (Allan’s poker donor). Poor Kelvin got cut off 🙁 I got to get better at this.
Hummm, what’s going on with these slides? Think a scrap guy will be pleased to obtain this trailer.
A walk around the park, Elmgrove
